CHRISTMAS IN JULY WITH LITTLE PATTIE OAM
In the mid-sixties a bright fourteen-year-old schoolgirl from Sydney named Patricia, established herself as a prominent force in the Australian music industry. She soon became a household name – Little Pattie.

Her musical talents are credited with many industry awards including Best Female Singer. Most Popular Female Performer, TV Logie for Best Teenage Personality, and a succession of Gold Records..

Many times, Pattie has represented her country overseas, including performing on the Ed Sullivan Show on television in the U.S. At age seventeen, Pattie was the youngest Australian to entertain our troops in Vietnam.

This is a trip down memory lane, reconnecting and remembering some of the monumental moments in the Australian music landscape.

Little Pattie was inducted onto the Honour Roll at the Oct 24 Australian Women in Music Awards alongside Dame Joan Sutherland, aswell as being inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame in 2009 and was acknowledged with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2018 AWMAS
